  • This is to keep every body updated who has been reading this page everyday.
  • Since the apocalypse of 2000 happened, I have been hiding out in my underground bunker with a lifetime supply of 40's. I had DSL installed the other day so I'm set.

  • Made that screenshot finally, I'm running Gnome 0.99.3.2, Window Maker 0.50.2.
  • There is now a Me button, just in case you guys want to know who I am
  • I have decided to change the whole layout of this site because it is too hard to update.  I'll start writing the new HTML when I find a good editor for Linux.  Any suggestions?  None of the content will change, just the layout.
  • Kernel 2.2.0 final is almost out. Yippie!  Maybe this one will support my soundcard.

  • Finally finished Installation page, go check it out
  • Added some new links
  • Removed Online Indicator (dosen't work all of the time).
  • Had to reinstall Linux on my system (screwed up LILO)
  • I'm working on getting Gnome on my system, KDE dosen't seem to have much of a future
  • I got my LaserJet 4L to work finally, I had to recompile my kernel to get it working.  Every new Linux user should learn how to do that.  It is actually very easy, I guess that will be my next help page.
  • Still trying to Linux to recognize my soundcard.

  • Finally got the E-Mail form working.
  • I now have a button for my Linux installation help page, but there is nothing there yet.  I'll work on the contents of the page over the next few weeks.
  • I have a bunch of new links on the links page, and have separated them into Linux links and personal links.
  • You can now see if I am online at the bottom of this page.  If I am online and you would like to contact me instantly, use the ICQ Pager on the E-Mail page.

  • Sorry for the lack of updates, I'm not dead, just got busy with some things. Any way a lot of things have happened since my last update. I got the guest book working and I put a few new additions on my links page. I guess my first help page will be with the installation, I'll try and get that up ASAP. Enjoy!
  • Got a new computer, Its a Dell Dimension XPS R400, It has a Pentium II 400, 128MB SDRAM, 11 Gig Hard Drive, and an STB Velocity 128 AGP video card.
  • I bought Red Hat Linux 5.1 from Linuxmall, and am now dual booting between Windows 98 :( , and Linux. X, Netscape, and GIMP are running fine but that is about it.

  • Yesterday I got the book that I ordered a few days ago called "Sams' Teach Yourself Linux in 24 Hours." It came with Redhat Linux 5.0 but I have to wait to install it because I need to borrow a tape drive to back up my hard drive before I partition it.
  • The links page is now working.

Dear Visitor (probably by accident),
My plan for this page right now is to document my entrance into the Linux world.  I will post exactly what problems I have during the installation and with using Linux in general.  None of the buttons work right now while I am building the page.  Please check back soon.
